PURPOSE:
This course teaches the Candidate the roles and responsibilities of a Range Safety Officer.

 

AREAS OF FOCUS:

Standard Operating Procedures;

Range Inspections;

Emergency Procedures;

Firearm Stoppages and Malfunctions;

Safety briefings

 

Students will receive the RSO Student Study Guide, a Basic Firearm Training Program brochure, and NRA Gun Safety Rules brochure and a Course Evaluation Form.
